About Bar-Loose...
Bar-Loose is a "no non-sense" swingers group of consenting couples, single male and female swingers encompassing over 35,000 members of adult age within our 6 Yahoo! groups plus our portal web site with a monthly traffic of 15,000 hits. We are here because we actively enjoy the lifestyle and frequently engage participation in many different activities and functions.
At Bar-Loose we organize parties, get togethers and events throughout the year; all events are always interracial and free of charge to all our members.
Our Events, in many instances, are limited to members' participation on a "first come, first served basis" until full capacity is reached, such as, private house parties, hotel/motel events, etc. Our Bar-Loose Annual Nude Sluts Gathering at Lighhouse Beach in Long Island is always open to all without limitations.
We accept membership of seasoned and experienced swingers as well as new swingers or people who'd like to just watch for the first time. (adult age is always required for membership and participation, NO MINORS)
If you are new to this lifestyle and would like to particpate at any of our parties or events as a "voyeur" (to watch/observe only) please specify that you are new to the lifestyle when sending your request for participation, do not interfere with the activities in any way and you must refrain from any insensitive comments/remarks. Bar-Loose is a swingers' place for contacts with couples and singles. Bar-Loose was created and developed by REAL Swingers, for those of us who enjoy the lifestyle. Our friends, contacts, couples, pictures, personals, housewives, etc. are REAL.

Our History...
Bar-Loose started in 1995 as a small group of swinging couples and singles within our circle of friends. Bar-Loose name was modified in order to create a modest Internet presence through an e-mail address, hence barlse@aol.com was created.
By 1997 our group of "swinging" friends had already expanded to many more couples and singles; since that time we decided to offer more organized parties than just "small House Get Togethers". Due to the increasing number of participants we devised a system for better communication and this is how Bar-Loose web site came to be during the spring of 1998.
Difficult beginnings...
Our very first Bar-Loose web site was developed under EXCITE hosting services and within a few months our web site and many other "Adult Groups" were canceled due to public pressure. To make a very long story short, from 1998 through 2001 we were cancelled 3 times by as many different web hosting services. Web hosts claimed at that time, that they were losing advertisers due to the erotic nature and barely pornographic content material that "Adult Groups" carried in their web sites.
Yahoo! years from 2001 to the present...
A short time later we found our new "home" with Yahoo! They seem to understand that it makes good business sense to keep Adult Groups online, protect free expression/speech and to withstand unfounded pressure. We have been with Yahoo! ever since. Today, "Adult Groups" rake in untold millions of dollars of Internet revenue and possibly more than all other industries combined, attracting the greatest number of people through an Internet audience.
The second part of our story is that since the beginning of Bar-Loose we have never charged anyone for their participation to our Parties, Get Togethers or Events, except for one rare occasion in over 11 years of existence, where we had to charge a modest amount per couple for their attendance to a club event in order to partially cover expenses for the use of Club's premises. We fully understand other (non-profit) Swingers groups that charge a fee for hotel parties and such in order to cover expenses.
At our parties and get togethers, we serve liquor, mixed drinks, beer, etc plus munches at no charge.
Our original expanded group in 1997 of approx 50 members has grown through the years to over 35,000 members today and we have established 5 other Yahoo! groups under the Bar-Loose umbrella (our main group); Bar-Loose Photos, Slutty Women for Relationships, Senior Swingers, Interracial Kinky Encounters and Mujeres Latinas Calientes. A total of six active groups plus our portal site.

Our advertising page on this web site (LINKS) is included here for the purpose of informing our groups/members about ongoing parties, get togethers and events plus other information of interest to our members. What we get in return for reciprocation, in some cases, is the placement of our banner in their sites, we do this in order to attract new members for our groups. No money is involved, except for Swing Life Style (swingers contact service) where we hopefully will receive a very modest amount per click. If and when, we receive any funds from Swing Life Style we intend to use whatever amount is received to partially cover expenses for web site maintenance, parties and/or events on behalf of our members.
